Sandeep is a Chartered Accountant and has done PGDBA Finance from SCDL, Pune. Having qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 2006, he had worked for over six years with Deloitte, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories and Wells Fargo. He started practicing as a chartered accountant from 2011 since then he has catered his services to wide range clients (both domestic as well as international) in the segment of healthcare, information and technology, software development, manufacturing industries, trading concerns, media, consulting, education. He has also served various early stage start-up entrepreneurs with his professional expertise in Company / LLP formation, accounting and compliance management and audits.
In his career of over 15 years, he has worked in almost all the major areas of finance and accounts ranging from company audits, due diligence and internal audits, GST, direct taxes including international taxation, preparation of DRHP, accounting and bookkeeping, offshore audit support and accounting, tax return filing for domestic as well as international entities, secretarial services, project financing and business setup services for foreign entities looking to setup offshore support office in India.
